As the Lead Principal Software Engineer in ASOS Technology, Nik Crabtree is responsible for Software and QA Engineering, UI Engineering and Data Engineering across the organisation. His role has a simple brief: come in every day with one aim – make engineering and engineers at ASOS better.
Nik joined ASOS in March 2015 after six years at Avanade where he lead the Cloud & Integration Practice. Nik worked on both Azure and on-premises solutions with customers such as Skype, Blinkbox, Barclays, Best Buy and ASOS.
As a member of the software engineering team, my role as a Senior Software Engineer is to write, test, architect, coach and advise the engineering team in developing a cutting edge, AWS cloud-based platform that will enable Rideways to become the next global disruptor in ground transportation solutions.

Originally from Ukraine, I started my career as a game developer in Donetsk. Then I moved to Moscow to work as an iOS developer at GameInsight. Looking for a new challenge, a couple of years ago I moved to London and started work at Badoo. Timing it perfectly to catch the first wave of a revolution in dating apps, I became one of the first busy iOS bees to work on the Bumble app.

Keith Moon is an award winning mobile application developer and author who has worked with some of the largest companies and brands to create engaging and personal mobile experiences.
Based in London, Keith has worked with international brands, including BBC, Expedia, O2, Sony Music, Travel Supermarket and Just Eat, using the latest technologies and development practices, to create mobile Apps that provide value for both the user and brand. Keith is currently writing a book on Swift 3 for Pakt Publishing.
Katsiaryna Mikalayenka progressed rapidly from QA to the iOS QA lead of a team of 7 people in one of the biggest social discovery networks, Badoo, in just 2.5 years. She has a degree from a Belorussian university – BSUIR in Engineering and Economics. Additionally, she worked in an outsource company EPAM Systems. With regards to hobbies, she is very passionate about snowboarding, drumming, sailing, travelling and has two lovely kittens Jerka and Serёga. In her spare time, she likes playing with Swift.
